Franchise Opportunities

Yellowfin Homeloan Finance operates as an independent franchise, under the auspices of the Rawson Property Group. As a Yellowfin franchisee you will receive the backing of a competent team, with the strength to negotiate with South Africa’s leading banks, and the experience to ensure you are heard.

There are two different Franchise Models:

Model 1:
You operate under our MortgageMax contract, although completely independently. You therefore do all your own processing and bank liaison, but can call on our support.

Model 2:
You operate via our MortgageMax contract, but we do all your processing and bank liaison, therefore, you can spend all your time concentrating on sales. We have a number of back-office admin staff, so you never have to worry about an assistant being off sick or on leave.
In addition we will control payment of your commission via the banks, collect your commission on your behalf and pay it to you. This is done on a weekly basis.

We will use our marketing team and their expertise to provide marketing material for you.
